God of War 1.0.5 Patch Notes Update for PC

Today, Santa Monica rolled out a brand new update to the PC version of God of War. This new patch fixes some bugs and adds some new features to the user interface. Watch God of War Update patch notes 1.0.5.

Today, a new update was dropped for the PC version of God of War, which provides several fixes for DLSS, HDR, Render Scale, resolution settings, and the user interface. In addition, the new patch has added new features such as a precision mouse mode that makes handling the camera much smoother than before.

Fixes
- In-game glyphs will now correspond exactly to the controller type selected in Steam
- Setting the DLSS Sharpening slider to 0 now properly disables DLSS Sharpening
- Interaction between the game and the taskbar will now work properly in Fullscreen without borders
- Game sounds are now muted when the app is in the background
- TAA will no longer cause blur when Render Rate is below 100%
- Borderless Fullscreen mode now won’t affect visibility in the Task Switcher (Alt + Tab)
- Timed UI elements to be displayed if an action is bound to the mouse wheel
- HDR brightness will no longer be affected by the SDR . brightness setting

- Zoom out when focus is lost in Borderless Fullscreen
- Error message if the game cannot open or write to the save file
- Precision mouse mode
God of War Now available on PS4, PS5 and calculator.
