Gifted education at Charlottesville City Schools is an experiment to watch

“We made this modification after a long time of making an attempt many various approaches in our efforts to search out extra equitable methods to establish and serve gifted college students,” Beth Cheuk, spokesperson for the 4,300-student Charlottesville Metropolis Faculties, informed me. “We’ve got tried common screening, talent-development applications, multiyear screening, altering the screening processes, eliminating purposes, and so forth. . . .
