If Shenhe is the first banner in Genshin Impact 2.4, she will be released with the update, on January 5, 2022. If Shenhe is the second banner of 2.4, she will release on January 25, 2022.

If Yun Jin is really a 4-star character, then she could be on Shenhe’s banner or otherwise, rerun the banner. We’ll definitely hear from insiders and Chinese insiders talking about it until then. But we will only know for sure Genshin Impact 2.4 going live at the end of December.
