With the release of Update 2.3, several new features have been introduced to the game, along with some new characters. It’s quite surprising that neither of the characters are on the first banner and they’re going to the second. Here’s everything you need to know about it.

The second and final banner of Update 2.3 are both set to release on December 14, 2021. This will also mark the final banner of 2021, as we will be receiving it directly. Get the next update after that, which will arrive in the first week of January. This is the release time of the banner.

Since this is not an update, players will only receive new banners at that time. There won’t be any such maintenance or downtime, so one doesn’t need to wait to get access to the new banners.

When it comes to the 4-star characters in the banner, it will include Gorou, Barbara, and Xiangling. The inclusion of Barbara was something that did not resonate with fans, as they had expected several other characters in its place.

Should you drag the Itto banner? Yes, it depends. If you really want a new character, that’s a pretty good incentive considering one of the 4-star characters is Gorou, the newest character in Update 2.3. With both Itto and Gorou being part of the banner, that makes it quite a bit of traction. For others, they may want to wait for the rumored Zhongli banner.
