Fox News lights a Christmas tree in New York City; Craig Tamanaha arrested, police say

Craig Tamanaha, 49, was arrested early Wednesday and charged with arson, a spokesman for the New York Police Department told The Washington Post. Tamanaha faces charges including mischief, reckless endangerment and arson. Police said the man was “observed by Fox News security as he climbed the decorated Christmas tree outside their office building near the corner of West 48th Street and 6th Avenue” around 12:15 a.m. .
