Four deaths in cars match description of vehicle connected to former Baltimore officer
The driver was identified as Robert Vicosa, 41, of Baltimore, and the passengers were identified as his traveling companion Tia Bynum, 35, of Baltimore, and Vicosa’s two daughters. One child was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was taken to hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
