Since its release in 2017, Fortnite has become famous for its constant collaboration with other games, movies and TV shows. The latest franchise rumored for a crossover event and new skin set is ID Software’s Death, among other Microsoft franchises.
Rumors come from XboxEra Podcasts with Nick and Jeff Grubb, both of whom have solid track records when it comes to insider information in the gaming industry.

Fortnite x Death The skin is rumored to appear in the near future
According to XboxEra’s Nick, Epic Games is currently in the process of licensing other characters from various Microsoft titles. Nick doesn’t go on to share every collaboration but says we can look forward to one of the new collaborations Fortnite crossover from ID Software’s Death.
A lot of Fortnite As fans will know, Epic Games has worked with Microsoft in the past to bring By Halo Master Chief into the big Battle Royale game. So, the two continuing to work together is definitely not an unlikely thing.
A short clip from the XboxEra podcast can be seen in the tweet below, courtesy of iFireMonkey, Nick says he’s been told there are “more Microsoft/Bethesda characters coming to Fortnite”. He then went on to say that Doom Slayer will be one of the characters entering the game but has no idea of the timeline.
As some fans may remember, Fortnite x Naruto collaboration was rumored for about 6 months before the skin actually appeared in the game. So assuming that this is a similar scenario, new Microsoft/Bethesda skins are still possible.
