Fortnite More New Music from Australian Artist Tones and Me
Fortnite is continuing the Soundwave Series with a performance by Australian singer-songwriter Tones and I. Fortnite begins the Soundwave Series in October 2021, where artists from around the world perform and promote their music in the game through a series of playable shows. The first was with Egyptian artist Mohamed Hamaki, who was well received by the players, and with many more artists expected to participate in the future.
Each performance takes the player through a specific map, each built for a specific song by community creators Team Alliance and TheBoyDilly. The event is set to go live January 21 at 6 p.m. ET under the Series Soundwave banner in the main hub and will repeat non-stop for 72 hours (Monday, January 24 at 6 p.m. EST). ), which means that players don’t immediately have to jump into the game to experience the performance. Upon completing the event, players will also be able to receive a small memento for the occasion, and a Soundwave Series – Tones and I Spray emoji that they will be able to use in-game.
