Fortnite introduces Party Worlds mode

Fortnite is introducing Party Worlds, a new mode designed as a place for players to hang out, play mini-games, and make new friends.

Fortnite has managed to stay fresh in its roughly four years of existence by constantly tweaking and adding new content to its various game modes. Continuing this trend, the free-to-play title is adding a whole new mode – although it may not be what gamers expect.

Epic Games’ ever-popular battle royale game is now in the final days of Season 8. The eighth season will also serve as the finale for the season. Fortnite Chapter 2, which ends with a special event, is titled “The End”. Recent epics Revealing additional details regarding The End, this will open Fortnite Chapter 3.

Epic Games provides an example of a pair of worlds, with one being an amusement park called Walnut World and a nightclub called Late Night Lounge. Players can also create their own maps in Party Worlds, as long as they follow the guidelines. Key parameters include not focusing on combat or damage, focusing heavily on self-expression and encouraging lots of social interaction.

Players interested in submitting their own ideas can do so by using the “Party World” tag for their island and submitting it through Fortnite Explore submission forms. Although the original premise of Party World seems to overlap at first with FortniteCreative Center of, Party Worlds actually has some key differences, both in its format and purpose. While players can socialize within the Hubs, their primary purpose is to discover new content and experience creativity. Party Worlds is not affiliated with other islands and is designed as a place for players to relax and have a good time with friends.

In addition to a new game mode, Fortnite Also adding new Air Jordan cosmetics. Starting today, players will have access to a style set inspired by and featuring one of the brand’s most iconic sneakers; Air Jordan XI Cool Gray. A new LTM called Jumpman Zone sends players hunting for scavengers through six portals to unlock Air Jordan XI Cool Grays, after which the “MVP Room” will be unlocked. These rooms feature various trick challenges that players can complete to unlock alternate styles of the latest Jordan outfits.
