Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2: Official Resistance Map Revealed
Because of the downtime to release Fortnite Chapter 3 Part 2: Resistance is over, we’ve got our first look at the brand new map that’s coming in the big update.
From Fortnite the latest installment is titled ‘Resistance’ and focuses on all-out war as IO and Seven fight for control of the island. However, with so much destruction happening on the infamous Battle Royale map, a lot of changes are bound to happen.

A First Look at Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2: Resistance Map
If you haven’t had a chance to jump into the new Fortnite With the new season coming, you’re probably eager to see what the island will look like the next time you depart from the Battle Bus. Yes, thanks Twitter leaker HappyPowerWe had the first look.
There doesn’t appear to be any drastic changes to the map, as seen in the image below, but it is clear that there is a war going on on the island.

Another new feature included in Chapter 3 Season 2 is the ‘war overlay’, which shows which factions are in charge of which region. First discovered by Fortnite leaker FortToryit looks like an overlay of war will take place as the season goes on, as the battle continues and control of the island changes hands.
As the images below, a large part of the island is red, possibly the color of IO. The blue outlines on the map are expected to be parts controlled by the resistance, which will be led by The Seven.
