Former Trump Institution CFO Allen Weisselberg Deposed in D.C. Inaugural Lawsuit

The former Trump Organization chief financial officer will be forced to participate in a “very limited” removal related to a lawsuit over alleged waste of money and self-dealing by the former president’s inaugural committee, a The judge ruled on Thursday.

During Thursday’s status hearing, Judge Yvonne Williams said she would “allow limited removal” of Allen Weisselberg, who has been indicted on unrelated charges in a New York tax fraud case York.
