Flashback: Crowds of Kenosha rioters set the building on fire from the inside

As the trial of 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse draws to a close, leftists continue their efforts to correct history in favor of their stories. That includes lead prosecutor Thomas Binger, who praised a violent mob on Monday.

In his closing argument, Binger said the crowd in Kenosha, Wisconsin, consisted of “heroes.”

Since the riots in the city over the shooting of Jacob Blake by the rightful police officer took place over a year ago, some people may need to take a look at what happened. Luckily, The Post Millennial editor Andy Ngo posted a video on Twitter showing Binger’s “heroes” performing various acts of arson.

Did Biden’s WH Chief of Staff destroy the mission of injecting hate with just 1 line of unsolicited Tweet?

WARNING: The following videos contain vulgar language that some viewers will find offensive.

In a video by Ngo, rioters stormed a building and set it on fire from the inside.

BLM The rioters also threatened to kill those trying to protect the business and promised to “burn your shop down.”

Politifact Won’t Remove False Fact Checks Saying Rittenhouse Illegally Possesses Firearms After Throwing Charges

What a beautiful picture of heroism.

Sarcasm aside, lies like this are extremely dangerous. By calling these criminals “heroes”, Binger is trying to make Rittenhouse to defend themselves against them.

To anyone who has seen the video of the Kenosha riots, Binger’s description of the crowd is ludicrous. Sadly, not everyone has seen those videos, and those uninformed about the riot may believe Binger’s lies.

In fact, the three men who attacked Kyle Rittenhouse were not heroes. Based on NBC News, Rittenhouse testified that Joseph Rosenbaum went after him after previously telling Rittenhouse and others that he would “cut your heart”. Rittenhouse says he killed Rosenbaum in self-defense.

Are the Kenosha rioters “heroes”?

Rittenhouse testified that Anthony Huber, the second man he killed, was hitting him with a skateboard and trying to get his gun before he shot him. Gauge Grosskreutz, who was shot but was not killed by Rittenhouse, allegedly pointed a pistol at Rittenhouse before Rittenhouse shot him.

Binger tried to argue that the men were trying to take Rittenhouse’s guns to protect others, but he failed to come up with convincing evidence to support that point. Rittenhouse said he didn’t kill anyone until he felt his life was in danger, and no evidence has been presented to back up his claims.

Now, the jury is deciding whether Rittenhouse acted in Self defence, and they will be allowed to make their own judgments without fear of outside influence. But as they do, they shouldn’t be swayed by Binger’s blatant misrepresentation of that night’s rioters.
