  • Log out of PUBG completely and restart the game and/or system.
  • Otherwise, players will just need to be patient as the problem is caused by a problem with the server, so just wait for the problem to be fixed. Regular check PUBG server status as well as of the game Twitter support account to see if any issues are being reported and when they can be fixed.

This particular error message seems to mainly affect people trying to play PUBG public test server for some reason, but as stated above it’s still a matter of constantly retrying or being patient as it’s a server issue and not anything to do on the player’s part. Of course, right now, PUBG is experiencing a massive influx of players as the game has finally been released for free – like all of its competitors, like Fortnite and Apex Legends – so it’s not surprising that there are problems with the servers as they can be overloaded. Unfortunately, it will be a matter of waiting for the issues to be fixed.
