Fitness legend Dave Draper dies aged 79

Dave Draper, a fitness legend who was called an “inspiration” by Arnold Schwarzenegger passed away at the age of 79.
Draper won the title of Mr. America in 1965 and then Mr. Universe a year later. Draper’s wife Laree announced the news on Facebook. The cause of his death is still unknown.
Hello friends, since this word has been announced, I want to let you know so that there is no confusion. Dave passed away early this morning. I was with him so calm and peaceful. As his doctor told me a while ago, a good death.
Above his websiteDraper says he’s been lifting weights since the 50s. When he did, “it didn’t have wide public appeal or approval, and 99 out of 100 athletic trainers disagreed with it.” .
I arranged for a temporary set of weights and within a month I was completely enjoying the lifting. By the age of twelve, weights and weights had become very important to me. They are my solid steel friends that I can count on. When the road gets tough, when I keep missing baseball, and when the girls are too cute to talk to, the weights are there and they speak my language. I love the resistance they put up and without a coach, gym or team, I can enjoy a basic feature of the activity you have control over.
Draper also shares bodybuilding secrets.
“As Jeff Everson once told me, ‘There are no secrets. You simply have basic God-given genetics, body chemistry, and bone structure. And given the attributes of discipline and determination, you apply yourself to your full potential and your body’s potential emerges – slowly but surely. ‘”
Draper is a legend in the bodybuilding industry and was featured in the 1967 movie Don’t make waves starring Sharon Tate.
Arnold Schwarzenegger was Instagram page to write a tribute to Draper.
“Dave Draper is an inspiration to millions around the world, myself included. He is one of my idols. In Austria, I kept his Muscle Builder magazine cover on the wall above my bed for motivation, and when I saw him starring in ‘Don’t Make Waves’ I thought, ” My dream is possible.”
Draper has been on the covers of countless muscle magazines and articles over the years, and he’s also wrote a regular column on its website. He was very poetic in his approach to describing the sport.
I once stood in the center of Century Plaza, on the granite edge of a beautiful fountain. The size of a tennis court, the fountain adorns the central median of Century Avenue and is surrounded by thirty-story-high office buildings with glass facades to the east and west. The water spouted brightly toward the sky, and I idly busied myself while slicking oil in my teal posing trunks waiting for Russ Warner to get the camera, locator, and locator ready for me. It was midday—lunch time, in the busy, sophisticated business district of Beverly Hills, home to the world of finance and filmmaking. Busy and noisy traffic.
