Fitch withdraws Reliance Capital ratings

NEW DELHI: Fitch on Friday said it was withdrawing the rating because the company decided to stop participating in the agency’s rating process.

“Rating has been withdrawn because Reliance Capital has chosen to discontinue participation in the rating process. As a result, Fitch will no longer have enough information to provide Reliance Capital’s rating or analysis coverage,” Fitch Rating said in a statement.

Leading financial services firm Reliance Capital, an Anil Ambani group company, has interests in diverse sectors including wealth management, mutual funds, portfolio management services, human resources life and insurance in general.
