Final Fantasy 7 Remake Mod gives NPCs a graphical overhaul

A Final Fantasy 7 Remake fan has created an impressive mod that revamps up to 530 faces of NPCs that can be encountered in the RPG.
Since the launch of Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 remake for PC this past December 2021, many die-hard fans have been working hard to create cool mods that adapt many elements of RPGs. Some have focused on being able to Customize their favorite FF7 remake character, while others worked to turn the already high-definition title into something more visually stimulating to watch. Now, another fan has personally revamped the 530 NPC faces in the PC version of the game, creating a massive mod their players can enjoy.
Final Fantasy 7 remake continues to be a hot topic online. Fan speculation about Part 2 rumor are always on the forums and video games have even made headlines in current events due to an unfortunate video of Tifa Lockhart that was accidentally played during a meeting of the Italian Senate. For better or worse, however, there seems to be no end to it FF7 remake fans talk about titles and create content for favorites Final Fantasy series.
As a way to address their concerns about Final Fantasy 7 remake NPC looks too sick or sick, modder SamsamTS uploaded a large file on NexusMods recently. Contains 530 textures to replace existing textures on the PC version of FF7 remake, the goal of the mod is to improve the overall look and feel of the NPCs. Modifiers also added an option of 80 other faces from the PlayStation 4 version of the game, lamenting that they look much better than their PS5 or PC versions. In the before and after photos, players can clearly see the improvement in the colors and textures of the NPCs’ faces, making them look healthier and more attractive.
To date, the mod has had over 200 downloads, with several users on the site thanking the modder for their great work. Some are even hoping that SamsamTS will fix the hair texture for the PC version of FF7 remake. One comment also mentioned how disappointing the colors were for Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, considering that the DLC is rolling out specifically for more powerful machines like the next-gen PlayStation 5 and for PC.
Although this is not the first time Final Fantasy 7 remake mod that SamsamTS has produced, it is possibly their biggest mod. They have also worked on creating costume mods for characters like Tifa and Barrett. Hopefully more players will discover modder’s work and they continue to make more interesting mods for their fellow fans to use on their games.
