Yoshi-P promises more buffs coming for Paladin, Samurai, Black Mage, Dancer and Monk in FFXIV Patch 6.08.

Recently, Final Fantasy XIV received Patch 6.05, which slightly tweaks the existing jobs in the game, but it looks like you should expect even more support for some in the near future when the Update 6.08 released.
FFXIV Patch 6.08 Focus on Work
In a recent interview with Radio MogYoshi-P revealed that a variety of DPS jobs will receive buffs in Patch 6.08, including Paladin, Monk, Black Mage, Dancer, and Samurai.
Yoshi-P said that they are looking at buffing the weaker jobs instead of buffing the strong ones to achieve equilibrium.
Furthermore, Yoshi-P revealed that the development will share more details on when you can expect FFXIV Sales will be resumed after the server issues are resolved.
Unfortunately, there’s currently no exact release date for Patch 6.08, and we don’t know what else we can expect for this update other than work throttling.
Revealing a bit of detail from Patch 6.1, Yoshi-P confirmed that it will introduce a new Game Plus to Endwalker to make a full return to 6.00.
Final Fantasy XIV Now available on PS4, PS5 and PC. The game received the Endwalker expansion in December 2021, resulting in a large number of players re-visiting the game’s world in search of new content, locations, and quests.
