FBI’s use of armored vehicles to arrest protesters indoors is ‘terrorist operation’

Actor Nick Searcy, who is a producer on the new documentary “Capitol Punishment,” said the FBI used “terrorist tactics” against American citizens who participated in the January 6 protests to sends a message far and wide: Don’t speak out against the government.

Searcy, appeared on the popular Christian commentary show “Bright spot“Thursday, in Washington, DC, on January 6. Searcy said what the media portrays and what he witnessed are very different.

“Why did they lie to us?” he wondered. “Why don’t they show everyone I see praying and saying the Pledge of Allegiance and singing ‘The Star-Spangled Banner?’” Why do they only show broken windows on the Capitol?

This misrepresentation of what the vast majority of people in Washington did that day was what motivated Searcy to do it.”Capitol Penalty, ”Available for streaming.

“It also becomes a movie about what the FBI and the Justice Department are doing with loyal, patriotic Americans who have never been arrested for anything else who came to Washington on the 6th. January to have their say,” said Searcy.

“Flashpoint” host Gene Bailey showed a clip from the documentary featuring Derek Kinnison, who has been charged in connection with the January 6 protests.

The California resident recounted that on February 19 at 6:02 a.m., a BearCat tactical vehicle rolled into his neighborhood with FBI agents in combat gear.

A loudspeaker then announced that the FBI had a warrant to search the house and ask the occupants to get out of the house immediately.

Do you think the FBI used terrorist tactics against the January 6 protesters?

Kinnison, in “Capitol Punishment,” says he didn’t even enter the Capitol building that day, but was on Capitol grounds.

NS indictment, according to USA Today, said he was on the west terrace of the Capitol building. He has been charged with unlawful entry by pretext, conspiracy and obstruction of an official proceeding and forging documents or proceedings.

Regarding the FBI’s show of force during the arrest, Searcy pointed out that Kinnison has no criminal history.

“You would expect them to call,” says Searcy. “Call him and say, ‘We want to talk to you.’ The right? But no, they did it on purpose, because they wanted to terrorize.”

“By driving these armored vehicles and all the SWAT team members into these tiny neighborhoods, they are not only terrorizing Derek and his family, they are sending a message to their community. him, to all his neighbors, that ‘This is a dangerous person here,’ he added.

Searcy argued that the federation was “deliberately stigmatizing those who dared to disagree with them.”

“This is a terrorist tactic, and it is being used on American citizens. It’s used to silence you, to make you say, ‘Woah, I’d better never speak up against the government myself’ because that could happen to me,” he said.

Searcy also interviewed Felipe Antonio Martinez, another Californian charged in connection with January 6.

The same tactic was used when he was arrested. In fact “Capitol Penalty“The producer said many people he spoke with offer the same type of account.

The FBI knocks on the door early in the morning, gives them 60 seconds to open the door, and if they don’t comply, the door will be broken.

They smashed Martinez’s sliding glass door in the back of the house.

His teenage daughter told Searcy that the coalition deployed two concussion grenades and handcuffed her.

As with Kinnison, Martinez did not enter the Capitol.

He has been charged with obstructing an official process and entering unlawfully on limited grounds.

“In our movie, the only people entering the building were two 74-year-old women, twin sisters, who entered the building because they saw some people coming in and out,” says Searcy.

“They walked to the door and saw the police standing there inside and they asked if they were okay… come in and they said, ‘Yes.’ They went inside the Capitol building, took a few selfies, went outside. Two weeks later – ‘boom, boom, boom’ – the FBI was at their door. “

“It’s truly a campaign of terror and it’s shocking to see… our government is attacking American citizens who disagree,” Searcy said.

Western Journal founder Floyd Brown, who also appeared on “Flashpoint” on Thursday, agrees.

“This film tells the stories of people who are persecuted by the government,” Brown said.
