Esposito is a distinguished actor recognized for villainous roles as Gustavo Fring in “Breaking Unhealthy” and Moff Gideon in “The Mandalorian.” The character he performs in “Far Cry 6,” dictator Antón Castillo, and the sport’s fictional setting of Yara have drawn comparisons to the political state of affairs in Cuba. Khavari released a statement in Could clarifying that, sure, “Far Cry 6” would invoke political themes, after an interview during which he stated: “Our recreation doesn’t need to make a political assertion about what’s occurring in Cuba particularly.”
