Fall Guys PS5 Version May Be Coming
Recent updates indicate that many of Devolver Digital’s multiplayer obfuscation Fall Guys will receive an original PS5 version in the near future.
Multiplayer hits called Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout continues to be a success for Devolver Digital and Mediatonic. It’s been a surprise hit in 2020 thanks to its vibrant platformer gameplay, which has attracted many fans and players through word of mouth and streaming on Twitch. The game has also seen many collaborations in the form of costumes, with attributes like By Tim Burton Nightmare before Christmas, Sonic the Hedgehog, and many others represented.
Autumn boys saw amazing success on PS4, thanks in part to it being a free PS Plus game at launch. Autumn boys even set a new world record for the most downloaded title from PS Plus as it becomes available. Now it looks like the game will continue its success on another PlayStation platform, as some recent updates indicate that Autumn boys coming to Sony’s next generation console, the PS5.
This discovery was made by the Twitter account @PlayStationSize, where they keep track of the games coming to the PlayStation console, as well as the space they will take up. New found account Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout beta has been added to the PS5 database, complete with game thumbnails with the beta moniker attached.
Like other PS4 titles, Autumn boys maybe play on PS5 via backwards compatibility, benefiting from the console’s Game Boost feature. However, this discovery indicates that it will be native to the PS5, so this game could benefit from the additional enhancements offered from the console. The account also notes that the Beta version will not be open to the public, so it’s possible that the PS5 original version could arrive sooner rather than later.
The game is available on both PS4 and PC, along with Nintendo Switch and Xbox versions for Autumn boys is expected to launch next year. Autumn boys now potentially getting a PS5 version could be one reason why other versions of the game are delayed to 2022, as the developers are rolling out cross-play functions to all games. its version.
