Evil West Has Serious Darkwatch Vibes
The Game Awards not only hand out bright prizes to the best of 2021, but also provide a glimpse into what’s to come in the years to come. even though Evil West First announced at the Game Awards last year, fans got a glimpse of the game during last night’s show. A sequel was considered in 2007, but unfortunately imported development hell and was eventually cancelled. The game has a cult following, with gamers eagerly anticipating a similar game to raise their heads, and Evil West may be just what the doctor ordered.

even though Evil West chose a third person perspective instead of DarkwatchFirst-person gameplay, style and overall feel of the project are largely the same. Evil West seems to sport the same “great” element Darkwatch used a perfect blend of horror, western and steampunk elements to create a horror action adventure. Of course, it’s been 16 years since Darkwatch hit the shelves and a lot of advancements have been made in gaming technology since then, one thing is clear Evil West introductory video.
Much more can be done to bring the development team’s vision to life with current gaming technology. Evil West presents a visually ghastly look, but it looks impressive, with plenty of subtlety and impression behind its art style.
