Evil Geniuses, widely regarded as the most beloved character in the series, showed off his best skills and defeated his opponents early on in all three games, but lost between games. in the first and third parts to lose the whole series. While Evil Geniuses let the ball drop midway through these two games, Black N Yellow’s excellent spell and hero placement allowed them to dominate in key teamfights.

Evil Geniuses vs Black N Yellow: Match Summary and Highlights

In game 1, Evil Geniuses showed an excellent laning phase. The team also takes one target after another, shrinking the enemy’s map. However, there was a skirmish around the Roshan pit where Evil Geniuses’ position was not optimal, which somewhat caused the game to be leveled. Rises, who has struggled so far with his ghostly Assassin safelane, is starting to gain momentum. For the rest of the match, both teams dealt blows, but in the last major skirmish, Rises wiped out Evil Geniuses with the Double Damage rune, and Black N Yellow won after 44 minutes.

Round 2 saw Evil Geniuses trample the opponent from the start. Abed’s mid lane prowess helped him rise, while Black N Yellow’s weak safelane duo Medusa and Ogre Magi also allowed Evil Geniuses to dominate. In this game, there was no return and Black N Yellow lost in 30 minutes.

The laning phase of game 3 was pretty similar to the first two games, with Evil Geniuses leading by nearly 8k after 22 minutes. However, the end of Evil Geniuses begins with a fight around the Roshan pit, just like in the first game. In the ensuing skirmishes, Evil Geniuses tended to focus more on Rises’ Gyroscope without paying much attention to Io’s five support position. Evil Geniuses didn’t realize it until the game spiraled out of control, going from an 8k lead in 22 minutes to losing in 30 minutes.

Here are some highlights of the series.

So far, Evil Geniuses has mostly outplayed their opponents in the laning phase, but as a team, it has struggled to effectively engage in teamfights. Spelling and positioning were especially overwhelming in today’s series, while Black N Yellow displayed exceptional skill in both of these aspects.

After Evil Geniuses’ 2-0 win over Arkosh Gaming last week, Evil Geniuses 4th place player Andreas Franck”Cr1t-“Nielsen admits that the whole team has had some tough periods of training and it will take some time to get back into rhythm.

Evil Geniuses’ next series will face Wild Card Gaming on December 14, 2021 while Black N Yellow plays against Team Undying on December 11, 2021.
