Neagley In Reacher Explained

Neagley’s fictional character in Reaper played by Danish actress Maria Sten. Neagley is one of the key characters in the Jack Reacher novels, and she first appears in the sixth book of the series, titled ‘Without Fail’. She later appeared in other books, including Bad Luck And Trouble, The Affair, Never Go Back, and Night School.

Frances Neagley holds the rank of Sergeant in the United States Army and works as a security consultant. In the novel and in the show, Neagley is said to have Haphephobia, which means she is afraid and hates being touched. Her combat skills speak volumes about her training. In fact, she was one of Jack Reacher’s first picks for the US Army’s 110 MP Special Investigations Unit.

In the show, it’s pretty obvious how much Reaper trust Neagley. She was the only person he called for help when he wanted to find out who killed his brother. Then on the show, she also helps Reaper rescue Finley when he is imprisoned by Kliner and Baker in Kliner’s warehouse.
