Esports Club Partners Announce $15,000 ZOTAC Trophy for Valorant

Hardware manufacturer ZOTAC has partnered with The Esports Club (TEC) to host the Valorant ZOTAC Cup for South Asia (SA) and Southeast Asia (SEA). ZOTAC is working with TEC to organize an international event that will have a prize pool of $15,000 and promote eSports at the grassroots level. The event will kick off on January 9, 2022, which will lead to the grand final on January 27, 2022.
ZOTAC Cup Valorant Overview of South and Southeast Asia
Open qualifiers will begin on January 9, 2022 in both participating regions, after which the top four teams from each region will qualify for the knockout round. The eight main event teams will compete in the same group to win the ZOTAC Cup.
The South Asia region will include India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
Southeast Asia will have the participation of Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam
ZOTAC Country Head, Deepak Gupta stated, “We have a responsibility to support and facilitate the gaming community. The ZOTAC CUP platform aims to provide opportunities for aspiring players across a variety of games. We are delighted to have ecosystem partners like LG Ultragear and Corsair join and support this initiative.”

The upcoming event will have a total prize pool of $15,000. In addition to the prize sharing, the event’s MVP will receive an NVIDIA RTX 3060 graphics card.
