Wednesday, July 20, the episode of the hit series Bravo was filmed in December 2020 shortly after it was reported that judge freezes Tom’s assets in his bankruptcy case and alleges that he and Erika, 50, embezzled payments from their customers.
“It’s not okay and it won’t be okay for a long time,” Erika said in tears after she arrived Kyle Richards‘Palm Springs home for a getaway with Dorit Kemsley, Lisa Rinna, Sutton Stracke, Kathy Hilton and Crystal Kung Minkoff.
In a confessional, she added, “Every day I wake up and there’s something new and it’s not good. It’s really terrible. It’s always bad news.”
During a group dinner, Kyle, 52, admitted that she had heard Tom cheat in the past. “There’s always gossip about people. And nothing solid, just rumbling noises. It’s not even a solid story,” the former child star told Bravo camera. “I would certainly never picture Tom cheating on Erika. You have a trophy wife, treat her as a trophy.”
“After Yolanda’s divorce from David, I just opened that phone and I said, ‘Well, okay,'” Erika said, claiming she found ‘evidence’, including text messages and pictures of a love that “lasts many years”. “I know a lot of things because it’s hard to hide and, you know, he’s sloppy.”
When asked if Tom, 82, “denies he’s a cheater,” Erika said, “No.”
“Why don’t you just leave if you know he’s cheating on you?” Kyle asked, to which Erika replied, “Where am I going? … He said directly to me, ‘This is my home.’ Where am I going? “
She concluded, “I’ll be fine, but I’m not fine right now.”
The Pretty messy the author appeared in the headlines in December 2020 when she posted (and subsequently deleted) the alleged messages between Tom and a California judge.
“This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She is the king of my husband Tom Girardi and he is paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery,” she wrote at the time.
While Tom’s team never responded to requests for comment regarding the fraud allegations, an attorney for Bigelow called Erika “an act of malicious deception of Justice… nothing criminal. ”, noting that “we are reviewing our options to protect Bigelow Justice from further harassment.”
