Is the new game Elden Ring harder?

Elden Ring New game plus difficulty

Elden Ring is getting harder and harder in the new game. With each new Journey, enemies become harder to take down.

Those who think the Elden Ring is tough on their first level will be rudely awakened when they start Journey 2, that’s for sure. The good news is that the new game adds the character’s armor and weapons, most of their inventory, etc.

Players won’t be as vulnerable as they were in the early stages of Elden Ring, but the attacks and spells they master during the first playthrough will be a lot less effective.

As a reward for the increased difficulty of Journey 2, the player is entitled to a Rune multiplier. This greatly increases the number of Runes the enemy drops. This makes leveling up and buying new gear much faster, especially at the higher, triple digit levels.

Since it is not possible to return to “Journey 1”, players will have to make the difficult decision of whether to take advantage of the new plus game. While the Runes multiplier will certainly help progress towards the level cap, the increase in challenge can make it difficult to progress.

In other gaming news, Microsoft and EA opposed the Texas anti-conversion bill. System Shock 3 appears to have been canceled, with Warren Spector working on a new game instead. Here’s how the WWE 2K22 roster deals with the massive layoffs at WWE.
