Elden Ring Carian Study Hall Pedestal: How to get to the Liurnia Divine Tower

The Carian Study Hall is a place in Elden ring this presents quite a puzzle. It has a pedestal next to a globe at its entrance that requires an item but doesn’t reveal what it is. Luckily, the Carian Inverted Statue, available as part of one of the game’s quest lines, is just what players need to learn the secrets of the Study Hall and gain access to the Divine Tower of Liurnia.
What item do you need for the pedestal in the Carian Study Hall in Elden Ring?
The pedestal in front of the globe in the Carian Study Hall requires the Carian Inverted Statues. The item is obtained as part of one of the main quest lines in Elden Ring. In fact, this is one of those rare instances where an NPC will give the player an item and tell them exactly what to do with it.
After exploring Nokron as part of Ranni’s questline, players will find the Fingerslayer Blade. This is the Nokron’s secret treasure that Ranni needs to continue her mission. As part of the agreement she made with the player, she will hand over the Karian inverted statue.
Players must bring the Carian Inverted Statue to the Carian Study Hall and use it to reveal the building’s secret shape. Unfortunately, Preceptor Miriam will spawn even if players made it through the Study Hall in their normal form. This enemy is one of the most annoying in the game, constantly teleporting while performing powerful magic attacks. She will also summon ghost soldiers to protect her, making the fight all the more irritating.
The reward for completing the journey through the Study Hall is access to the Divine Tower of Liurnia. However, players must first battle a Godskin noble to make it there. At the top of the tower, players will find an important key item connected to one of the endings: The Curse of Death.
