EG in Talks With Stewie2K, Autotimatic for 2022 CS: GO Roster

As the CS:GO round for 2021 draws to a close, Evil Geniuses (EG) has already started making some moves. North American esports organization appears to be in talks with Jacky “Stewie2K” Yip and Timothy “automatic” Ta for its 2022 CS:GO lineup.

In early November, it was report that Stewie2K was directly approached by a prominent e-sports organization and shortly after the public learned that he was leaving the team.

For autimatic, who retired from CS:GO in February earlier this year, report A couple of weeks back there was talk of him potentially returning to CS:GO after a flop in Valorant with T1.

Now, both of these players are affiliated with Evil Geniuses according to a report by 1pv.fr, where they can join Vincent “Brehze” Cayonte and Tsvetelin “CeRq” Dimitrov.

EG is said to be in talks with both Stewie2K and autimatic for its CS:GO 2022 roster.

Evil Geniuses was one of the first CS:GO teams to start making changes after a disastrous streak that ran until 2021. By the end of the competitive season, EG had clearly run out of fuel and the community was not even there. raises questions about their participation in the 2021 Stockholm Main PGL.

The NAF was initially interested in EG’s offer, but declined after some changes were made. The changes in question were not particularly well received or appreciated by the NAF.

With the ball rolling again, EG will most likely see a change in its coaching staff as Damian”daps“Steele could soon be replaced by former G2 Esports coach Damien”maLeK“Marcel. MaLeK has reportedly been put in charge of overhauling the CS:GO roster for 2022.
