EFT update patch notes for today December 17
EFT Players can now access the new update released today, and when the patch notes are revealed, it will fix some geometry and graphics issues as well as a few other bugs.
Today, Battlestate Games rolled out a new update for Escape from Tarkov Resolves some issues with Sniper zones and Reputation errors. In addition, it also corrects the geometry of the water and some locations on the map.

The update is available to download now, and you may not have any downtime on this minor fix. Below, you can view the full patch notes, including some fixes for Rogues.

EFT update patch notes for today
- Fixed an issue where players could lose credibility with merchants after completing the quest “Reagent – Part 4”. The lost reputation will soon be compensated.
- Fixed and modified sniper areas near the lighthouse on the location of the same name.
- Fixed shape of river and pond in Shoreline position.
- Removed incorrect water shape at the Reserve location.
- Fixed graphic artifacts (glare) in Hideout when 2x, 4x Resampling option is enabled.
- Improved splash effect when shooting underwater.
- Fixed lighting on grass when it rains when SSR option is enabled.
- Fixed an issue where the USEC safe was opened with a different key.
- Fixed an issue where Shturman could take untrusted covers.
- Fixed an incorrect value when displaying the experience gained after a Run Through.
- Fixed a possible error when checking for an exchange.
- Rogues will now react to the presence of a Scav player at a greater distance.
- Rogues will now give players less time to retreat after warning them.
- Rogues will attack without warning any player getting too close to a stationary weapon.
Escape from Tarkov Now available on PC. The game is still in Beta, but you’ll need to pre-order the full version to get access to the beta. You can only buy it from Game dedicated website.
