Edmonton election 2021: Incumbent Jon Dziadyk loses seat in tastawiyiniwak – Edmonton

Incumbent councillor Jon Dziadyk has misplaced his seat in tastawiyiniwak, with International Information projecting that Karen Principe has received the seat within the north Edmonton ward.
With 21 of 25 polls reporting at about 10:30 p.m. Monday, Principe had 38.59 per cent of the votes and Dziadyk trailed with 30.82 per cent.
Dziadyk was searching for a second time period on council, after being elected to council in 2017.
Principe additionally ran for council on this ward in 2017.
Her priorities embrace an efficient COVID-19 restoration plan, a push for decrease taxes, preventing for higher transit and enhancing security by supporting the police and together with group relations.
