Eastern Europe 2022 DPC Winter Tour Regional League: Fixtures, standings and results

When Team Spirit raised the Aegis of Champions in October, they became the first team in Eastern Europe to do so since Natus Vincere at the first International in 2011.
Now, Spirit is trying to defend their title, while Virtus.pro, Na’Vi and many other teams are retooled and ready to try and hit their own goals. Dota 2’s biggest period in 2022 Dota Circuit Pro.
Prize group and form
The DPC’s 2022 Winter Tour is currently underway, with the first competition running through January 23 for 16 non-CIS teams.
During that time, the teams in the upper division will fight for a place in the Professional Winter League, while the lower divisions try to win promotion or avoid relegation for the next leg of DPC 2022. At the end of the Tournament, the bottom two teams from the upper division will be relegated to the lower division, the top two teams from the lower division will be promoted to the upper division, and the lowest Translated teams from the lower tier will be relegated and replaced by two teams from an open qualifier.
Additionally, every tournament will have a prize pool of $280,000 per Tour, although DPC points awarded to teams in the upper division and in the Middle Division will scale according to this year’s event schedule.
For the Winter Tour, the regional league will give 300 DPC points for first place, while the third tour will give 500 points for the same place. That scaling will also apply to the Majors, where the EEU will have three spots to claim in the tier per Tour.
Teams need attention
The EEU is a somewhat odd region, as many of the teams that are unproven or are trying out new looks will take a while to get going.
Spirit is clearly the earliest favorite, having kept his entire TI winning list and is set to run everything again for another year. That leaves the VP roster slightly altered and Na’Vi’s experienced new core the next two on the list of teams to watch.
Thankfully, well-known talent in the area and AS Monaco Gambit, Team Unique, Team Empire and HellRaisers all have interesting rosters with a mix of talented young players and veterans that could surprise a lot of players. many fans in the first weeks.
Also, keep an eye out for Winstrike Team, HYDRA and CIS Rejects in the lower division. Those teams are loaded with potential and there is likely to be an intense battle to see who makes it to the top team on the next Tour.
