Earthquake felt near Rocky Mountain House, Alta.

A 4.1-magnitude earthquake was felt close to Rocky Mountain Home, Alta., on Wednesday night.

According to Earthquakes Canada, it hit simply earlier than 9:30 p.m.

The quake was 37 kilometres north-northwest of Rocky Mountain Home and 10 kilometres deep.

There have been no injury stories, Earthquakes Canada mentioned.

Rocky Mountain Home is about 83 kilometres west of Crimson Deer.
