E-Sports Players Are Calling Out Halo Infinite Cheaters

With the free multiplayer for Halo Infinite now live, a number of esports players and streamers are reporting the issue of cheaters affecting the game.
After months of waiting, anxious fans can finally join the online matchmaking in Halo Infinite. While the gameplay seems to be hyped by many fans, some of those gamers have begun to experience an all-too-familiar problem with online multiplayer games.
In less than 2 weeks after the multiplayer release, players started noticing issues with Impact cheaters Halo Infinite. Many fans have blamed the prevalence of cheats and hackers in multiplayer on crossplay. This has caused some players to request an off option cross-play between PC and console. Currently, matchmaking can only be limited to different input types. While the developers were able to ban players through the anti-cheat feature, the system was unable to detect all cheaters playing multiplayer.
