Drew McIntyre challenges Jake Paul to a WWE match

The year 2021 has seen somewhat of a resurgence in the hobby of wrestling. With WWE There is now a legitimate opponent in All Elite Wrestling, also known as AEW, and the opening of the so-called “forbidden gates” that allow wrestlers to compete in promotions, even during a pandemic, it’s a pretty exciting time to be a professional wrestling fan. Karma.
WWE has included well-known names outside of wrestling on its show for years, and recent times have been no different. Earlier this year, rap star Bad Bunny and YouTuber caused controversy Logan Paul took the biggest stage of them all at Wrestlemania 37. During Paul’s appearance, he was the “guest of honor” for WWE Superstar Sami Zayn, although Paul ultimately congratulated Zayn’s rival Kevin Owens. This then resulted in Logan Paul receiving a stunner from Owens, and lying flat on the mat in front of the cheers of the live audience.
It looks like WWE is keeping an eye on Logan’s brother Jake, as in a recent interview, former WWE champion Drew McIntyre talked about the controversial star and boxer on social media. McIntyre has wanted to get boxer Tyson Fury into the ring for quite some time now, although he’ll have to wait in line for that, because Logan Paul also challenged Fury, after his brother Jake ended his fight with Tommy Fury. Speaking on Jake with TalkSports, McIntyre said “[Jake] Basically the number one heel in the world, so if he wants to beat WWE and get Claymore’d in the face, that’s just fine with me! “
The Scot also compared Jake Paul to Muhammad Ali, asserting that both he and the YouTube star admired the boxer in their youth and that McIntyre can see a lot in Ali in Paul. Now, whether or not Jake actually shoved his feet into some panties is a whole different story with McIntyre saying he’d be fine if the influencer wanted to get kicked in the head. Currently, there is no official confirmation that Jake Paul will appear on WWE television, but it’s not exactly like this is going to be a new thing. Jake appeared as part of his brother’s promotions leading up to Wrestlemania 37. This was just a cameo appearance, but it proves the relationship is already established and may be again.
While both Paul brothers are well-known figures with their controversies, WWE has been less clear about controversies in recent years. In the game field, WWE 2K titles that have had a history of game-breaking bugs, poor graphics, and other issues. In spite of WWE 2K22 promise to fix these problems, players will only know for sure when they get their hands on it. Outside of the game, WWE has faced criticism for their handling of talent and for their brutal and constant release of multiple wrestlers. Perhaps then, brothers Paul and WWE was a controversial match falling from the sky.
