Dreams Central, a social entertainment-centric game and built exclusively in Sony’s Dreams engine for PS4 and PS5, is seeking funding on Kickstarter.

Dreams Central is a pending social entertainment hub game seeking funding on Kickstarter. At the time of this writing, Dreams Central there’s a little over $800 out of the $1,049 target.


The Kickstarter project kicks off on November 17, 2021, with the goal of funding the development of the game/social space on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Dreams Central Designed with the goal of being an “expanding” social resort full of private and public spaces, mini-games, and other attractions. What makes this project a little bit more unique than the other Kickstarters game is that it is Built entirely in Dreams software development for PlayStation.

Dreams is a game development software created by Media Molecule. It was published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4 and later PlayStation 5. Similar to Roblox, players can create their own content through a powerful set of tools. These can range from content, models, music, art, to official games. These content can then be shared and imported into other users’ games or creations. Thus, an entire world can be created by a group of talented developers and easily shared by all who have Dreams software.

Dreams Central is set to be a completely free game. The developer promises absolutely no microtransactions, premium currency, or subscription model. If successful, it could serve as a spiritual successor to the PlayStation Home. It aspires to be a social space though Dreams There is no online multiplayer function at this time. Until then, it will provide a local multiplayer and multiplayer social space and game center. Develop team Dreams Central promises to have plenty to do for anyone interested in visiting the resort.

It’s ambitious but promises plenty of content for players to enjoy beyond the prepackaged base game.

For Kickstarter, there are plenty of perks to support the game including access to digital art books, soundtracks, special living quarters, and even being able to design minigames for their own clients. The deadline to commit is 10 a.m. CST on December 17, 2021. There’s still a long way to go, but if the right crowd finds it, they’ll likely have a new place to call. go home.
