Drake wants $4 billion defamation lawsuit launched, alleged plaintiff responds by hanging his attorney

The rapper topped the chart drake is still lost in one of his ongoing court battles, and it’s likely he won’t get the results he wants.

Based on Online Radar, the 35-year-old rapper wants his $4 billion lawsuit out of the courtroom. But when Drake’s lawyer, Stanton “Larry” Stein, contacted the woman who filed the lawsuit, she allegedly hung up the phone in his face.

Reports that a woman named Mesha Collins suing drake for defamation. According to court documents, drake insists that he has not committed any crimes against her and does not know who she is. He said he couldn’t even identify her as the woman who broke into his home before this case. In the documents, he is recorded that:

“In April 2017, someone broke into my home in Los Angeles when I wasn’t there. At the time of that incident, I was not told any details about the trespasser, including her name.”

He continued:

“I do not know Plaintiff. I have never met her and have never communicated with her. I didn’t even know about the Plaintiff until this lawsuit was filed and served. Indeed, I was unaware of Plaintiff’s identity, name, or where she alleges she lived until filing and serving this lawsuit.”

drake is said to be still trying to dismiss the case and have his attorney call Mesha, who is representing her, to sort things out. During the meeting, Stanton “Larry” Stein was reported to say:

“[Mesha] expressed disbelief that the advice given to Graham was actually representative of Graham. She ended the call by abruptly hanging up after asking attorney Graham not to contact her again. Efforts to meet and exchange were futile.”

Stanton supports his client’s stance and agrees that the case has no merit. He is said to have commented:

“He also did not disclose personal information about Collins. This was a frivolous case made for the purpose of communicating with Graham. ”
