*****There are six steps within the authentic method*****
1. Resolve on the duty to be executed.
2. Set the Pomodoro timer (historically to 25 minutes).
3. Work on the duty.
4. Finish work when the timer rings and put a checkmark on a bit of paper.
5. When you’ve got fewer than 4 checkmarks, take a brief break (3–5 minutes) after which return to step 2; in any other case proceed to step 6.
6. After 4 Pomodoros, take an extended break (15–half-hour), reset your checkmark rely to zero, then go to step 1.
