Donald Trump and children to testify in fraud investigation, appellate court rules
Former President Donald Trump and his adult children Don Jr. and Ivanka must actually sit down and answer tough questions from the New York Attorney General in an ongoing investigation into alleged banking and insurance fraud at their family business, an appeals court in that state ruled on Thursday.
“Our investigation continues undeterred because no one is above the law,” said Letitia James of New York AG tweeted immediately after the decision.
Lawyers representing the Trumps did not immediately respond to calls from The Daily Beast.
