Diablo 2: Recovery Free Xbox Trial Now Available

Xbox players want to try Diablo 2: Resurrection but don’t want to buy the whole thing, can use the free trial that is going on now. During the free trial week, both Xbox One and Xbox Series X players | S each have three hours to adventure through the world of Sanctuary to see how many of its secrets they can uncover.

When is the Diablo II: Resurrection trial available?

Diablo II: Resurrection will be available to all Xbox players from March 15 to March 21 from Xbox Store. Players only have three hours to try out the game, which means only Normal difficulty will be available as the difficulty is higher and the Hardcore mode must be unlocked. Players can participate in online co-op, though this will require an Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass Ultimate membership. We’re also not sure if co-op will be restricted to testers like friends or those who own copies of the game.

Any progress made during the week will carry over to the full version of the game if the player decides to make a purchase later. The standard version of the game is currently 25% off until March 28, though Prime Evil Collection and Diablo III Prime Evil Upgrade are still at full price.

All players will soon be able to use the upcoming Patch 2.4, which includes some of the first changes that will be made to the game in over 10 years. There will be a Ranked Competitive Ladder system, changes to Uber Diablo progression, more changes to classes, more unique monsters in level 85 areas, and gameplay tweaks and improvements other ghosts. In other news, Wordle’s archive page was removed after the game was taken over by the New York Times. Elsewhere, The Sims 4 Neighborhood Stories received an update that allows Sims in inactive households to make decisions without player involvement.
