Destiny 2 outlines upcoming changes to ceremonial rank and reputation in Season 15

Part 15 of Fate 2 will do something a little different for many of its regular operations. Based on the game’s regular newsletter, the reputation and rating system for these ritual activities is being unified, while the PvE ceremonies from Commander Zavala will have a reputation system of their own.

Each normally functioning system from Zavala, Shaxx, and Drifter will now be renamed Vanguard, Crucible, and Gambit Rank, along with an added Experimental Leaderboard for Osiris Trial. All of these rituals will be retooled for their rank progression, with the removal of ritual-specific rules that impede progression and chain wins being replaced with increased activity chain rewards gradually as the player engages in a particular type of activity. According to the newsletter, the goal is for players to reset their Vanguard, Crucible, and Gambit Ratings a bit faster than Valor currently allows.

On the topic of Vanguard Rank, this is a newly added reputation system for Zavala powered PvE activities like strikes, nightfall, and battlefields, adding a full line of reputation rewards like rituals PvP now and offers some extra bonuses for those who receive Nightfall completion medals in bronze, silver, gold, and platinum.

Finally, Season 15 will make changes to when and how the Grandmaster catch-up button is available, with the aim of allowing players to claim their gilded title earlier in the season while eliminating a blow. Single attack is the only way to get premium rewards like a season over.
