Destiny 2 and 8 other games coming to Xbox games soon

Microsoft revealed exactly when Destiny 2 will be leaving Xbox Game Pass as well as eight other games that will be leaving the service soon.

Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass Subscription service ensures that subscribers constantly have something new to play. Xbox Game Pass has over 100 games available through it at any given time and has been getting a big boost recently with surprise debut soon Halo Infinite Multiplayer. But like similar subscription services, games get removed from Xbox Game Pass from time to time, and Microsoft has now confirmed a total of nine games will be leaving the service soon, including Fate 2.

Fate 2 was a big addition to last year’s Xbox Game Pass, as not only subscribers get the facility Fate 2 games, but they also have access to existing expansions and Beyond the light update is good. Bungie previously confirmed that Upcoming Witch Queen expansion will skip Xbox Game Pass and it looks like the rest of the Fate 2 experience will soon leave the service.

It has been confirmed that Fate 2 leaving Xbox Game Pass on December 8, 2021. Anyone who wants to play Fate 2 and its current expansions are free with their subscription having less than a month to do so. If they want to continue playing after that, they will need to split the cash on the base game and its expansions, although they can at least get a 20% discount.

Fate 2 is the biggest game to leave Xbox Game Pass soon, but there are other titles Xbox Game Pass subscribers might want to check out before they disappear. This includes some games that were first released on Xbox Game Pass, like The Call of the Sea, itself one of the first original Xbox Series X games released through Game Pass.
