DC-CAP’s Argelia Rodriguez to step down, after two decades of helping DC students attend college

Because the first day the District of Columbia Faculty Entry Program (DC-CAP) got here into existence, Rodriguez has been working it, constructing a legacy of service that created alternatives and a college-going tradition for probably the most deprived youth within the District.
