Dauntless Brings Back An Old Behemoth, The Thunderdeep Drask

The old is new again, when the old enemy returns Dauntless. NS Thunderdeep Drake is back in Update 1.7.1, challenge the Slayers again and you can participate in The Slumbering Thunder event at Cape Fury in the Hunting Grounds. Be careful, though, as it has “some new tricks to enhance its shrunken sleeves.”

Speaking of sleeves, you can take your trophies from Drask and craft them into new armor – conceivably, some even have sleeves. In Update 1.7.0, the Slayers met Dr. Shaed Priyani, who placed them on a series of quests, and in 1.7.1, Xelya the Farslayer and Moyra Heigsketter will continue the series.

New Heroic Escalations are also cycling weekly on Thursday, starting with Heroic Umbral Escalation this week and moving into Heroic Terra Escalation on July 29. Learn more about 1.7.1 and everything else Dauntless in patch notes on the website.
