The Cutler Ridge Lady’s Membership (CRWC), an space service group and a member of the Basic Federation of Girls’s Golf equipment (GFWC), celebrated its Sixty fifth anniversary on June 24 on the East Ridge Retirement Village in Cutler Bay.
“Our Sixty fifth anniversary celebration and luncheon was an occasion to recollect,” stated Jean Tong-Midday, CRWC president. “Because of COVID-19, members had not bodily seen one another since February 2020, so you may think about the joy and the chatter that stuffed the auditorium at East Ridge.”

The CRWC members have been joined by Miami-Dade District 8 Commissioner Danielle Cohen Higgins and crew, MDSB District 9 Luisa Santos, Cutler Bay Mayor Tim Meerbott, City Councilmember Suzy Lord, Mia DeVane representing Miami Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, and Mary Scott Russell for East Ridge at Cutler Bay.
Mayor Meerbott addressed the group.
“Congratulations to the Cutler Ridge Lady’s Membership for celebrating their Sixty fifth anniversary, and thanks to all of the members — previous and current — for the continual help and work they do to assist enhance our neighborhood and the lives of our residents,” Mayor Meerbott stated. “Yesterday, throughout our city council assembly, the city council offered members of the membership in attendance with a proclamation in honor of their anniversary and work.”
Established in June 1956, the Cutler Ridge Lady’s Membership is likely one of the longest operating organizations in Cutler Bay.
