Complete Guide To Bypassing Turael – FandomSpot

In Old School RuneScape, Turael bypass/enhance can be used to avoid unwanted murder quests or as a method to quickly accumulate murder points.
Let’s start by explaining the basics:
How Slayer’s Mission Milestones Work
Killer score is a reward system attached to the completion of a killer’s quest.
A certain number of points are awarded upon completion of the killer’s quest, with more points awarded from higher level Assassin Masters (Konar gives you the most). You can just start earning killer points from your fifth mission onwards (tasks 1 to 4 do not give points).
Also, quests from Turael and Spria give no points.
Also, every 10th, 50th, 100th, 250th and 1000th quest is considered a “critical mission”. These give an increased number of kills, starting with x5x the normal amount and increasing up to x50x for the 1000th mission.
These killer points can be used on a multitude of things, such as:
- Block or cancel a job
- Expansion of certain quests
- Unlock new quest monsters (like Vampyres and Tzhaar)
- Learn to craft killer gear (like a Slayer Helmet or Wide ammo)
- Buy a killer’s item
- And more
How Turael Skipping works
But then what is Turael ignoring?
Turael is the lowest level killing master in OSRS, and by design, he gives the easiest (and fastest) quests.
Turael bypass/enhanced is the act of completing 9 easy missions from Turael, and then completing the 10th quest from your highest level slayer master. The goal is to take advantage of the “critical mission” system and earn points much faster.
While there aren’t any required items for this method, we should start by going over some equipment and tools that can be helpful in your process of earning points.
Note: Turael Skipping can also refer to the act of canceling your current quest in order to move on to an easier mission. This can be done by talking to Turael and asking for an easier quest, after you get a quest from another slayer master. This is usually done by high level players who want to target specific missions (like Hydras or Smoke devils) but don’t want to waste all their kill point cancellation missions.
Abandoning your current quest for an easier one from Turael will reset your quest completely and set you back to 0.
Recommended equipment to increase points
Item 1: Dwarven Multicannon

Although your device is not important for the most part, there are 2 things that are basically required to make Turael Booster much faster.
The first is the Dwarven Multicannon.
This is the perfect tool to kill as many enemies as quickly as possible.
Since most creatures designated by Turael have very low hit points, the cannon can usually kill them with a single shot.
A cannon can be purchased from the Grand Exchange or from Nulodion near Ice Mountain for 750k upon completion of the aptly named “Dwarf Cannon” quest (the mission also requires the use of the cannon itself).
The cannonballs used as cannonballs can also be purchased from GE, or forged in a furnace with a steel rod and a bullet die.
The rest of your gear doesn’t really matter, as the cannon will take care of most of the work. For that reason, you should equip your best weapons and fast weapons like bellows or magic shotguns to increase the accuracy of the cannon.
Section 2: Emergency Bracelets

Another extremely useful item to increase points is the Emergency Bracelet.
Wearing this bracelet gives each killer a 1/4 chance of being counted as 2 kills, essentially cutting your time down by a whopping 25%.
Each bracelet starts with 30 charges and consumes once each time the effect is activated. After all charges are used, the bracelet will crumble to dust and must be fitted with a new one.
Ambitious bracelets can be purchased from other players or crafted at a forge with a silver bar, a cut opal, and a bracelet mold (you’ll need to craft it afterwards too) .
Useful teleportation tools

Speed is the name of the game here.
The faster we complete 9 missions from Turael, the more points we can get per hour.
And all the monsters Turael can target are very low level (like mice or skeletons), so you won’t need any food when you kill them.
This means we can dedicate our inventory locations to teleportation items that will get us to mission locations quickly.
Multiplayer uses different slots for each mission (so sometimes there’s no “best” place for sure), but here are some items that I recommend you always have while pushing :
- Round Slayer (teleport for quests like Banshees and Cave Crawler)
- Ring of Dueling (teleport for Scorpio and Wolf)
- Ectophial (Undead cows count for both cows and zombies)
- Move to Internal tabs and Navigation Scroll
- Ice cooler (to kill the desert lizard)
- Fairy Ring (any method will do, just have access to them)
- Xeric’s Talisman (teleport to chicken)
- All of elemental runes and law runes (while on Normal Spelling Book)
Depending on where you’re killing, feel free to add or remove some of these.
The above list is only a suggestion, and is not exhaustive.
Other useful items & tips to bypass Turael
And finally, consider these unnecessary but useful items while increasing the score for the killer:
- Soulbearer can be used to teleport any hidden head directly to your bank
- One Herb Sack can store up to 30 dirty herbs (requires 58 Herblore to unlock)
- Stamina Potions (no more walking)
- The Kandarin Headgear functions as an unstoppable light source in your inventory.
- One Rune Bag can hold up to 3 different types of runes, saving some valuable inventory space
Tip: Did you know that high Building Levels along with an upgraded house are a godsend when passing through Gielinor? Nexus port can hold every time available from any Spellbook, except 10 (where only Lassar is useful).
On top of that, an Fairy ring and/or Magic Tree can be planted in your Superior garden, making your home an even better teleportation hub.
And finally, the moon spell “Contact Npc“Can be used to receive quests from Turael from anywhere in OSRS – saving time by bypassing the need to talk to him directly.
Have fun boosting!
