RADAR! BACKGROUND REPORT
Using this feature, you can bring the attention of the city government to problem and/or dangerous places along bike paths. Simply locate a pin on a street map and briefly explain the reason for your report. Information is automatically forwarded to responsible management, where appropriate action can then be taken.

This app needs to know your current location during tracking. Your phone’s GPS is used to determine this, which can cause your phone’s battery to drain faster than usual.
Android devices use so-called “sleep mode” as a power-saving function. Doze mode can cause problems with tracking. In this scenario, location services do not run in the background while the screen is turned off.
You can disable the battery saver function in your device’s settings: “Settings / Battery… or “Settings / Devices / Battery…” (depending on the device)
However, there are power saving modes (“Deep Sleep”) that cannot be turned off. Deep Sleep mode can be automatically activated by the operating system when the screen is turned off. The user cannot control this. Deep Sleep mode may end the application during monitoring even though doze mode is disabled. This problem especially occurs on Huawei (and some other Chinese manufacturers) devices.
In this case, you can enter your mileage manually.
On older devices, there may be a delay when pressing the Start/Stop button.
Please contact us directly via email if you have any problems with the app (firstname.lastname@example.org). Ideally, include screenshots and details about the operating system and device model in your message. This will allow our developers to make targeted improvements.
