Christina Aguilera Nintendo Switch promo shows Pokemon Legends: Arceus Footage

An ad on the Nintendo Switch showcases footage of Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Nintendo’s next big game release.

While Nintendo fans have a Pokemon released just a few weeks ago in Brilliant diamond and shining pearls, there’s still another one on the horizon. At the end of this month, Pokemon Legend: Arceus will release and change the recipe that fans have been using for decades now. However, Nintendo didn’t show much Arceus, despite how close it is. However, a new trailer sheds a little more light on the project.

It’s not uncommon for Nintendo to release commercials featuring notable celebrities. In 2020, Nintendo made a series of Ad Conversions with Brie Larson, who portrayed Captain Marvel in the MCU. Now, however, Nintendo has created ads featuring Christina Aguilera, the singer-songwriter known for hits like God in the bottle. A recently released ad features Aguilera and her family bonded together via the Nintendo Switch OLED.

The Pokemon Legend: Arceus style play featured in the trailer appears to be new, showing trainers riding on Pokemon around the world. Aguilera and her daughter also snuck around and managed to catch Pikachu, one of the most iconic Pokemon out there. Pokemon Legend: Arceus Features stealth gameplay, so it makes sense that Nintendo is advertising it here.

But Pokemon Legend: Arceus Not the only game featured in the trailer. Aguilera and her kids also play Between us and Mario Kart together, highlighting the different ways users can enjoy Switch with their families. At the end of the day, it’s just another ad for Nintendo hardware, though it does have a certain appeal to it that other console ads lack.

Only a few weeks left until fans can get their hands on it Pokemon Legend: Arceus. The RPG will put players in the shoes of the first Pokemon trainer, as they use rudimentary versions of Poke Balls and other items that fans of the franchise are familiar with. It’s a departure for the series, but one that it might need to keep things fresh. That being said, some fans were hoping for an open world experience.

Regardless, the Nintendo ads are a pleasant distraction. While Switch supplies are being negatively impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, the console is still selling well. In fact, the Switch is on track to outsell the Wii, which would be a huge achievement for a hybrid device, as the Wii is one of the best. most popular console of all time.
