Native authorities have deployed vehicles, employees and drones to watch the elephants, evacuated roads for them to move safely and used meals to steer them away from populated areas. Regardless of their entrance into villages and a detailed strategy to the Yunnan provincial capital of Kunming, no animals or people have been injured.
