Chicago police say there is a lot of work ahead and hope the community can help fill in the gaps of what happened.
“This is becoming an effort where we’re going to need a hands-on approach,” said Chicago Deputy Sheriff Ernest Cato. “And that approach will engage our community. Our community joins in and says what’s going on. Our community, people with cell phone pictures, people with Facebook credentials. We’ll need your help.”
