The owners of the Chicago Cubs have decided to end their interest in buying Chelsea. The decision was announced after the deadline to submit an offer to the Premier League club was being sold by sanctioned owner Roman Abramovich. The bid was led by Cubs president Tom Ricketts. It leaves the remaining three bids known.
